If you are sick and especially if it's moving into your chest, it is okay to skip the exercise. What you can do is focus on ensuring you are keeping a good eye on your nutrition to ensure your body recovers quickly.

Was wondering what type of exercises everyone does when they have a cold. I currently have a head cold that has moved into my chest. I am trying find something I can do until the cough has subsided. Thanks for any input.
