Copying the links you guys left and going to try some myself, flexibility is one of my big goals, but I know i need to start slow and not try to jump in head first!! Thanks for the links and this message board!!

Do you know of any apps on the phone that can help with Yoga? I have Youtube on my phone, but was wondering if there was something that tracked your progress and such?

I agree yoga with Adriene is good. You also might want to check out the Namaste series on youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TtJS-5xZnTs. That's what I started with.

I'd like to add a bit of yoga to my workout repertoire, maybe at home. I did ONE class years ago and was no good at it, but I really want to try it again. I'd appreciate if anyone could perhaps post a link to a workout I could try? Simple stuff for relaxation and stretching mostly? Thanks!
