Right now I’m following Beachbody’s LIIFT4 workouts (with no supplements or shakes). There are 4 strength workouts a week, legs, chest/triceps, back/biceps and shoulders. They do 2 core moves with every workout and there’s some HIIT and interval workouts thrown in too.

I’m on week 6 of 8 and I’m really enjoying it.

I eat mostly vegetables, fats, meats, some fruit and dark chocolate. Unprocessed and preservative free food. And it's changed my life!

Prior to our hurricane last October I was strength training 2 times a week. The hurricane destroyed almost all the gyms in our city. Mine might reopen in the next month. I hope so. I miss strength training with full equipment and the regulars at the gym. Hope to even find a class to join.

I strength train about 2x per week. Sometimes 3x. Been doing this for 2 years and 2 months, and its *really* made a visible difference in my body composition. Love my new muscles.
