I did a 40 minute walking/boxing dvd that I have had for years (George Foreman) that has Petra Kolber as an instructor. It is really a great workout and you do break a sweat. I will be adding this to my workout rotation with Leslie Sansone walking dvd's/tapes that I have.

Exercising to get my heart healthy!!!
