Hiked for 40 mins up and down hills... i did a 50 mins run/walk around the lake.. and about to weight lift at the gym tonight when its not busy!

Yes!! I did two 10 minute high intensity workouts, followed by 20 minutes of strength and sculpt. I did each one after the other. Very happy with my efforts today!!
