I absolutely do not run, jog, or walk outdoors in Chicago weather. I lost weight, reached my goal, exercise daily in the gym in my building or the one in my office building. And have never gone outdoors to exercise at all. All the experts tell you to avoid what you absolutely HATE - because you will surely not stick to it. I HATE being out in winter weather, even summer wind, would never go further than the car door in drizzle or rain. I LOVE exercise and I love being back in shape. Do it your own way - the important thing is to do it! May God bless your success on this journey we all share.
