I walked on the treadmill at a 5% incline for 30 minutes. I'm also going to meet my husband at the gym when he gets off and do some weights.

I'm lovin' my jump rope. Bought it in January and use it every morning for 5-10 minutes.
it's a great workout and super inexpensive bit of fitness equipment!
