1 hour spin class. I must be getting stronger because I am putting more resistance on the wheel for longer periods of time. I'm also moving faster at high resistance. I should be in good shape for outdoor riding this year.

The Wii Active. My friend loaned it to me and I really like it. It works alot of different muscles throughout the 16 exercises.
