Today is one of those days where my schedule of exercising just seems to fall apart. Had to get up at 1:30am to take wife to her sister's so they can go to Dr in Ft Worth. Time I get back home is time to leave for work, no chance to do my 20 minutes stationary bike. Hopefully will still be able to walk at lunch today. Then just depends on how late i get off work as to my workout tonight. Usually this 16-18 hour day really does me in.
