did some water aerobics at bally....doing some stretngth,core and stretching tonight...also had an amazing myofascial massage and had a nice sauna..

Yes, did a fun (or crazy, depending on your perspective) pre-holiday CrossFit workout today. It was performed in repeating order like the 12 days of Christmas.

Start with 1 Burpee, then do 2 DU and 1 Burpee, then do 3 KTE and 2 DU and 1 Burpee; until you reach the 12 Kettleball Swings and work down for the grand finale.

1 Burpee
2 Double Unders
3 KTE's
4 Thrusters
5 Rings Dips
6 Pull-ups
7 Ab Mat Sit Ups
8 Squats
9 Wall Balls
10 Push-ups
11 Jumping Lunges (each leg)
12 KB Swings
