so I took yesterday off but went back today. 80 minutes at the gym. I am getting ready for an active vacation in Ca and wanted to remind myself alot of this is mental. Worked on ellipitical machine and then the bike on level 10. Worked thru the pain. I know I should be ok for vacation
Saturday is my day to have a all-inclusive work out. I do everything, strength training , 60 min. of cardio core training and stretching. It is just nice not to have to watch the clock. Saturday is also my weigh-in day. (I eliminated a pound this week.)

so it turns out I didn't because things were a bit hectic but decided it was ok because I worked out for the last five days for at least 50 minutes. I am an all or nothing perosn so I need to make myself work out tomorrow- a simple task without work-then I will be fine.
glad to say I went for a 25 minute walk today with my kids and then tonight I went on the railtrail and walked/jogged for 30 minutes with my 8 year old daughter who enouraged me and pushed me. Was sooo cute. Need to do this more often and hopefully the weight will come off.
