Yes, I walked for 1 hr 7 min., did the elliptical for 30 min., lifted weights and finished with core exercises.

Not yet, but yesterday I had an awesome workout. I hated my trainer, but we tried something new. We worked the lower body and I did 4 exercises at a minute each, then 8 minutes of ab work. My lung capacity is not what it used to be and i tired quickly, but after the workout when I got home, I was feeling pretty good. This morning I woke pleasantly sore if there is such a thing. At least it was not pain.
