Yes I did!
An hour of NROL4W, my very last one of the 6 months, 3 workouts per week. Yeah Me!! lol

Then 3 hours outside in the glorious sunshine weeding another area of the yard.

Excellent & tiring day of exercise! :)

80 mins of tennis! At the last part of the day I threw in 20 mins of cardio with Turbo jam and 20 mins on the treadmill!

yup! today was a strength day for me since i did an hr on the elliptical yesterday. I did a 10min warmup job followed by my newest dvd: Gilad Cuts and Curves (60min). and then 10mins of ab work.

I liked the dvd...i feel like i got in a good solid strength workout (esp. my arms)

Soda free since Feb. 14, 2010. I now eat my calories... not drink them.


Goal 1: Run a 5K - Goal Met: April 24, 2010. I ran it in 35 minutes!
Goal 2: Weigh what I did when I graduated high school.
Goal 3: Run in the Disney Princess half marathon at Disney world.

Yes, bootcamp at 545. Walked my trainers' dogs for 40 minutes. Then walked with my daughter around the block, ended up running with her.

Yes! I did walk/run intervals for 45 minutes, with the dog, after work today. Thinking about working out kept me focused and got me through a stressful day ... and now I'm so sore and worn out, I can't remember what I had to stress over, LOL!
