I plan on walking briskly for the mile to and from work plus an extra 30 minutes, 30 minutes circuit training, 30 minutes rapid step-ups, 180 min heavy cleaning, 240 min heavy digging, 45 minutes dancing and of course LOTS of stretching!

Yesterday I did 2 10 minute SP cardio workouts and Upper Body strength training.

Today it's an 8 mile run and lower body strength training, which I will do after work today!

yes, did some upper body w/ a friend who recently left the army. was a little disappointed as I thought he could help me figure out an upper body routine. Boy was I wrong. Lessons learned: 1. I know more than I give myself credit for 2. I'm stronger that I realize (did 35 "girlie" push ups) 3. working out doesnt require a degree in rock science, you just gotta get moving. Even though the workout w/ him wasn't all it was cracked up to be, it got my butt off the couch and working out when all I really wanted to do was go to bed early!
