went to the gym ...cardio some strength and core....and most of my prescribed exercises for my injured leg and shoulder (20 min)....then 10 minutes of restorative yoga...

I walked 4 miles yesterday and took me one hour and 10 minutes. I have been walking for at least 30 to 45 minutes a day since the beginning of March but I really haven't watch what I eat. So I have been maintaining my weight. This time I am determined to lose some weight. I am 30 lbs. overweight.
I woke up early this morning and tried to follow the 10-minute crunchless exercises and can only do few of the moves. I need to practice the breathing techniques. I am not syncronized at all. I need to slow down and practice. I feel if I stick to it, I will eventually get it.
I will walked again today and try to duplicate yesterday.

I DID!!!! I was worried that I would not make time because of trying to spend time with family since it seems like there is never enough of that. However I got up and rode my elliptical bike for 45 minutes.... it was a little over 8 miles and burned about 175 calories.... not bad for just starting out even if I do say so myself.
