I couldn't fit in time to go to the gym, but I walked 15 minutes to work & 15 minutes back (uphill) so I got 30 minutes in anyway!

went to the gym ...cardio....some strength and core (40 mins)....and most of my prescribed exercises for my injured leg and shoulder (20 min)....then 10 minutes of restorative yoga...
