Yes, but I seem to making a slow start at the overall diet. I am trying to discipline myself at exercise right now hopefully the lord will help me get my head together and be able to control my diet.emoticon

went to the gym ...cardio....some strength and core....and most of my prescribed exercises for my injured leg and shoulder (20 min)....then 10 minutes of restorative yoga...

walked for 10 minutes - my back gets sore but I add an extra minute or so every day

Did Sh'Bam (dance exercise, sorta like Zumba) class and BodyPump (full-body weight-lifting) class.

Between BodyPump on Monday and then today, my quads are so fried that it hurts to walk lol.
