I did! For the first time in months, I got my butt up and out the door for an hour walk/run. It was great, and I discovered a bunch of shops I never even knew existed since moving here. Warm autumn night - glad I'm re-finding my motivation!

It was so cold this morning that I had to run to finish my workout. I didn't dress warmly at all. I could see my breath and my arms felt super cold. I have lived here 9 years and I still can't believe San Diego can get this cold :(

Yes :) 30 minutes on the Elliptical woot! oh how I despise it but It gives me such a great workout and really gets my heart pumping, I was at about 80 percent of my maximum heart rate
