Let your cursor hover over the "My Trackers" tab above and select "my Weight" from that menu. Click on the little calendar icon and go back to whatever month for which you want to track. Click on the date within that month and you can then enter your weight in the "Today's Entry" column. Be sure to click the button to save your update.

My Withings scale does not sync with SparkPeople and I frequently forget to update my weight here. I realize this is a manual process, and that's fine, but I don't see a way to go back and add my weight for the dates I missed. I just want to have a complete record of my progress here since everything else I track is also here. Thanks.
