Hi Laurie,

You can't really provide a link to an email message like it sounds you are wanting to do. Like you mention, you can copy/paste the contents; but, then links and formatting will not work. Maybe just post a link to whatever place is being discussed (like post a link to the museum site, etc.).

Sorry I don't have a better suggestion for you. It's very nice that you are wanting to share info like that.

I suppose I know the answer, but, as I am lo-tech, I'll ask any way.

Is there a way to post a link to an email I receive from non-SP places (e.g., museums) without revealing my personal email address? While we're virus shut-ins, I receive amazing mail from amazing organizations with great things to do. The content of many of these emails offer so much of value that I'd like to share them with my team. Of course, I could copy & paste the content of the email, but the posts would be endlessly long and the links within wouldn't work.

If by some remote chance it can be done, it may help you to know that I have Windows 7 (yup, I'm the one - I have yet to update by getting a new laptop) and use Firefox. I also have IE.
