Yes, you did subscribe to Premium. However, your subscription was canceled March 27; you likely need to update your payment profile. You can do that through these steps:

1. On the Start page, click to go into "Premium Coaching".
2. Near the bottom of that page, click the link for "Premium Coaching Account Settings".
3. In the "Payment Settings" section, click "Change Payment Settings".
4. On that page, you can enter a new Payment Profile, mark that to be the Primary Profile and Save that.

I thought that I had subscribed to the premium service.
Did I? Why am I still being asked to upgrade?
I need to change my payment information?
