now 1200 calories and 2 cups vegies are free
doing a variety of cardio

day 3 going well but have a terrible headache which is a bad thing but expected
went jogging yesterday lost a pound but suspect it might be 3 I didnt weigh myself the morning I started I guess I just didnt want to know I had gained 3 pounds before I started
surgery is Feb 27th

well here I am nothing working and so depressed but looking at nutrisystem maybe try it
westarted my bedrooon Jan1 and about 5 more days will finish ceiling tile painting boarder next carpet
The weather today is ice and cold
making myself do cardio may try weights and crunches really need that

5 miles a day in 2020 is a great goal.

today feeling very fat gained 4 pounds just this week.
watching food and logging back into my food and exercise
2020 5 miles a day or try
I feel ess stressed and depressed most of the activities are done.
Party the 28th for my daughters and grandchildren and great granddaughter
