did well 55 min at age 74 so happy
started HCG sunday now today 500 calories a day for 21 days

after almost 9 weeks taking a step back for keto

gained 2 pounds but not eating all I should on Keto just busy and stressed

thank you for the pep message
It is working now that i am not eating alot of cheese. It was really conviente for me to grab cheese adding protein. But now I have lost 7 pounds and feel great
it takes time preparing today made alot of chicken tendars fried in coconut oil and bacon greese
then protein shake put in containers making fudge cycles
made carb quick pancakes and muffins

life on keto is hard I was thinking when I started this is good eat bacon meat ect but I get tired of it and trying recipes is not working the taste is horrible

started 3rd week and its still tuff
breakfast today 3 eggs and bacon I hate eggs so eating them a big problem
then made almond and coconut pizza dough
addedlots of cheese spices pepronie
hated it really hated it no more of that
so now I will just make almond shake with protein powder and cruched ice and atkins vanilla shake

thanks for the pep talk
nothing is dropping my weight and I am doing keto plus if. I lift weights do cardio yesterday 10000 steps pass at the fair waffles popcorn ect. I keep telling myself dont get on scale but I do see weight gain or no weight loss
depressed for sure not giving up

Don't give up!

My weight can swing by 5 pounds a day from water gain/loss.

I'm doing more strength training and adding muscle which is slowing my current weight loss. However, my love handles are shrinking.

august 8th almost 1 week
The good news is I joined my daughters team she lives in Ky she has been on Keto 8 weeks lost 11 pounds and has a group from work
they are letting me join and their weigh in is every 2 weeks which means tomorrow
I weigh in tues and m y losss is 3 so amxious for another weigh in tomorrow.
I am doing more strength training working on abs waist bust so some days I do a lot of steps but then somedays weights
today planks which are so hard 13 min
