I enjoyed a wonderful morning walk. After work I will enjoy another walk with my cat.

I COMPLETED MY FIRST 5K WALK ON 22 MAY 2010 IN 60 MIN. IT WAS A SWEET TASTE OF SUCCESS FOR ME (NON-CALORIC!)
I COMPLETED MY 2ND 5K WALK ON SATURDAY 20 NOVEMBER 2010 IT WAS GREAT !!! WOOHOO !!!

Good morning
I have been so away from exercising for the last few months; but today I will walk 15min on both breaks and lunch and when I get home will walk with kids and dog to the park and walk the trail. So I guess again I'll have to say I am walking today. Gotta get caught upemoticon

I change what I can and Give the rest to God.

I'm going to aim for at least 2 miles outside if the weather is nice. If I have to do something indoors then probably a couple of miles on my recumbant bike, but I'm hoping it'll be sunny today.

Those of you who are jogging and walking at least 10,000 steps, about 4 miles, per day are doing the minumum suggested distance by the Heart association.

I ran/jogged 6.61 miles today. It's been about 7 weeks and it wasn't as easy as it was before then, but I did it -- and I'm getting my grove back. Glad it's spring!
