My motivation is waning, probably about a 5 but I am fighting it as much as possible. Any suggestions you may have will be appreciated. I do a coffee on Tuesday mornings and today I had a slice of each banana nut bread and apricot bread. I feel pretty stuffed, and see my food regimen could easily slip away. I have to get new inspiration NOW! The saving grace in this is that I walked for an hour yesterday, drank my water and posted my food diary accurately. But sugar is insidiously creeping in. I must put the I back in my vocabulary.
Intercessory and Warfare prayers are part of my Ministry about 9 years. God miraculous has answer prayers. I know I served a Living God that want to do mighty things in our lives. Fasting often. Like to read Bible, read other inspiration books, coupon clippers.Always looking for a sale that combine with coupsons and LIKE TO WORKOUT!

I'd say around 6. I don't really feel like doing my cardio, but I have been cleaning my apartment, so I know I'm burning calories. I'm going to get up and do my 3 mile video and I bet I'll be way more motivated after that :)
4 - weighed in this morning and the scale went the wrong way. I immediately sent my mom a text and she sent an very encouraging text back. If not for that I would still be on 1!! Hoping to feel better tomorrow...
Today I'm at a 10 because I haven't been watching myself for 2 weeks now. I gained some weight back and I'm psyched to get rid of it!

If you go by the way side on an eating bing, just get up and start again. I always say I will be on a diet for the rest of my life because I love food. But since Spark People I can eat the right foods and not get out of control. Keep up the good work no matter what people say about you. Love yourself. Do it for yourself and no one else. This keep me going.
