And 25 minutes of swimming laps before that. Also fun.

Then 20 minutes in the hot tub-Does that count as a workout? LOL

yep - 30 minutes of cardio and 45 minutes of strength training.

What you put in your mouth in private shows in public!!

It doesn't matter how slowly you go, as long as you do not stop. Don't quit!!

No one has yet to answer if clearing your property ( weed whacking, chain sawing, lugging tree is considered exercise. But, that aside, I did the Curves circuit for 60 minutes and 30 minutes of strength training

Did Couch to 5K Week 1 Day 3 and walked the rest out. Did 3.12 miles in 62 minutes.

Yes, I did 15 minutes on the treadmill (walking) and 15 minutes of the static bike. According to the stats I burned 178 calories.
