Apart from Xmas days and a 3 week holiday to Canada 3 years ago, I have tracked every day for 12 years. I reached my goal weight a few years ago, yet I STILL track everything that I eat. This ensures that I stay where I need to be. It works emoticon .... keep tracking emoticon

Tracking your nutrition is the best way to go to get those last 20 pounds off. You can do this and remember to be patient! 20 pounds isn't a lot so it may take a bit of time and persistence.

I've been mostly inactive here on Sparkpeople for the past year. I've also gained about 5 lbs. so I'm back to tracking. I hope to lose the 5 lbs. plus the last 15 I need to be to my ideal weight. Sure hope it works!
