It was weekly at first, but now that I have been hitting the weight room it has been daily cause i'm stuck on One number. For three weeks I've been trading fat for muscle and the number has not budged.
I TRY to only do it weekly, but I find I often do it daily. I AM trying to remind myself to not get upset if the numbers go up even if I know I've been on track. Sometimes the numbers go up for no reason, and I chalk it up to just normal fluctuations. As long as they generally continue to go down I'm happy. I don't think daily weighing is bad as long as you keep in mind that your weight will go up and down and not to become obsessed by the number.
