I'm not sure what happened to me yesterday. I'm positive that I wrote down everything I ate, and I was under my calories. I even ate extra late last night because I was under 1000. So, no, yesterday I did not over eat. :)
No but I did eat something today that I shouldn't have. I ordered a Whopper Jr (minus cheese minus mayo) at BK and my original plan was to eat it with carrots and grapes at the office. I accidentally ordered onion rings instead. :(

Yes. I got together with good friends and we had a delicious dessert with in season berries and chocolate. It didn't put me over by too much, so I'll stay at the lower end of my calorie allowance today and consider that I'm using moderation.
A little - was doing great until we ate out at Mexican and the chips kept calling out my name.....theresa, Theresa, THERESA, EAT ME!!!
But, still had a few hundred calories deficit for the day so all was not lost.
