yes, did great for breakfast & lunch. Then I went to a Pampered Chef party and had a small piece of enchilada with lots of cheese and a piece of chocolate cake, and of course some cheese & crackers and other little snack foods. I didn't do as bad as I would have 6 months ago, but there weren't really any healthy options there and I wasn't going to not eat anything... I just ate less of what was there. Wow, when you really look at what you eat every day, you start to realize how much junk and empty calories you used to eat.
