Thankfully I didn't overeat. I had to go to my nephew's birthday party at a pizza place last night, so I was worried about it. Luckily they serve other things besides pizza. I was delighted to discover that there was a grilled salmon dish on the menu. So while everyone else had pizza, I stayed on track with my salmon. I ended up cutting my meal in half and taking the other part home for lunch today. Yeah!
I confess! I had a lot of running around to do and realized I was hungry. The only thing nearby was McDonalds. I got a hamburger (the small one), small french fries and a diet coke. Didn't thing it was too much sabotage, but I did gain half a pound.
