YESS! And it was the first time I did that in forever. Needless to say, I was in the bathroom for majority of the night and had to try and sleep it off. NO MORE FRIED FOOD FOR ME! ugh! It ruined me. smh.

Yes, but I planned for it in advance. Had a slice of chocolate cake and wine. Everything in moderation. I also made sure I exercised and got my daily intake of water. All good here.
