    I was held up this morning on the telephone so left about 10:30 to go to church and practice. I stayed until about 3:00 working on music. During the day, I managed 7,095 steps.     I left this morning in kind of a hurry to get to the church and get to work. When I came home for lunch I realized my Fit Bit was still on the charger. At least it's charged up.
