To stay within my calorie range, no more than 1550 calories
Successful, lol!
Saved by asparagus, really. I ate bunches last week, so good but thought that it was playing havoc with my system on Saturday morning, with all of the fresh fiber. Then what a coincidence, worked late on Sunday evening,had monday and tuesday off, needed to be to work on Wednesday at 7am.
Only, if it was an hour that I was off, I had fever and chills. And with the snow and ice, things were cancelled, so I was at home, but all I wanted was water, and oranges, that is what I had, and sleep......I did that too!
Ate a little bit last night. I was really unhappy to just sleep it off, and lose that time, yet, even as I was recouping, my body didn't feel as if it were fighint the effects of the cold medicines that sometimes I take. Water, sleep.
So, last night, I went out and had a bowl of soup and some hi-C. probably not the best, but I wanted it with ice and then when my body said, ok, enough, I said ok.
Hm...respecting my body when it says no to me, now there is a lifestyle change!
