Being on a Spark Break - SUCKS!

Sunday, October 28, 2007

I am approaching my 1 year anniversary with Spark - November 3rd. In the year I have successfully lost 40 lbs!!!!! I have never had a consistent loss stay gone for an entire year before! this is an awesome realization!

Now about my spark break - I so totally miss having my daily interaction with my teams... and feel slightly "guilty" that I haven't been online as much as I had been. When the kids started back to school my entire schedule changed and it seems like I just can't get back on track.

So... this week I have a plan.... I made a schedule for the evenings... including time to make/eat dinner, do homework, do the treadmill, shower, get the kids to bed and then ONLINE! I even put on the schedule when my favourite shows are on so I won't miss any of them either!

Now... just to implement the plan and make sure I can get off this Spark Break cause I really do miss everyone!

Glad you're back in action!! :o) It's tough when everything else seems to get in the way of what we really love to do! I'd be lost if I couldn't get online at least for a little bit each day. I'm really into tracking my food lately, so I'd definitely miss that. And the interaction. Good for you for making a plan! Hope it helps! :o)
