Starting SP

Today is my first day with Spark People. I heard about this website from my personal trainer, Renee. I LOVE the website. I have already been on the Weight Watcher's program for 4-5 weeks and have lost about 20 lbs. I have just gotten into a size 18 jeans from Talbot's today. I was wearing a size 24 before I started. Most of the weight I have lost is in my waist. I have lost 3 inches in the waist according to Renee. I have lost 1 inch in my hips. I feel SO MUCH BETTER and have very little in the way of aches and pains. I did have much more of that prior to starting my weight loss. My left heel spur is much better also. I am enjoying the exercise at my gym. I really like walking on the treadmill and doing weight training. I look forward to going to the gym. Anyway, I am very excited and very motivated and have been able to keep this mental high all through the last few weeks.
