I went to the gym last night!! I did the treadmill for 15 min did some crunches .. and this thing that u put ur forearms on and pull ur knees to ur chest i think its for ur abs .. and i feel great this morning i have to go to the station so i will use there old equipment.. lol... i even put on my skinny shirt this morning... so i did get on the scale last night and i gained again but no worries .. i will get them off i have to become more focused..

    Great job on your workout! You really do feel better after a workout don't you?

    Don't worry about the gain. Keep up the good work and you will start seeing lower numbers on the scale. You can do it!
