I'm really struggling to get moving this week. I am still really active, but strength training has been pretty much non-existant. Bad. Bad. I am trying to motivate myself to keep at it. Even if I am only doing a wee bit. I am going to aim for three sessions of at least 25 minutes this week, so watch this space...and next weekend I will report on how I do.
On to more postive things...made a Spark recipe for lunch today and it was really nice. I love making something and knowing that you have really nourished your body. No junk. Just goodness. And I always feel so good afterwards!
