Back at it!

This has been a much better week for me. I have been eating much better and have felt much more in control of myself. I am still feeling really exhausted when I come home from work, but I am making sure I get plenty of sleep. When things die down a bit and are less hectic, I will focus more on the exercise I want to be doing. For now, I am wearing a pedometer and averaging about 13,000 steps each day. I feel okay with that for now. I know if I try to do too much too soon I will just sabotage myself. One thing at a time. The most important thing for me at the moment is to make sure I'm putting the best food I can into my mouth so that I feel energised and happy. The rest will come...
