I say this because in May of 2016, when I was 70, Blue Cross Blue Shield became my health care provider. They had me do a self health assessment survey and my assessment gave them a lot to be concerned about. I was overweight, had high blood pressure which I reported, and other factors such as high cholesterol which I also reported also gave them concern. They recommended that I seek medical advice. That was the start of my remarkable progress where I can now jog a 5K in under 40 minutes and am in such excellent health, that my doctor now says that my health factors are better than his. Just saying that if I can turn my life around within 5 years at age seventy, so can you.
