On a plateau already.

Early January I made a concentrated effort to lose weight. I started moving and reduced my calorie intake. It worked; I lost 7 pounds by the end of the month. Now I seem to be maintaining. Seven pounds is not the ultimate goal. I have a long ways to go yet but it seems I’ve hit a plateau already. My calorie intake has been less then my SP calorie range. I’m thinking I need to increase my calories, wisely, to see if that will break the plateau. Exercising inside because of snow and frigid temperatures isn’t hard but can be boring, so I try to mix up the type of exercise I do to keep it fresh and use different muscles. Being back on SP has helped especially with food tracking. The fitness tracker frustrates me a bit because it feels like I’m burning a lot of calories but that’s not what it reflects. (sigh)
