What I'm doing well on my health journey

This week for the BLC challenge we are to write a blog about what we're doing right/well.
I'm actually pretty happy with what I'm doing these days. I'm pretty much doing everything that I want to be doing to stay healthy. I'm following WW Blue, so that may frame some of my comments.
The first thing is that I've stepped back from some things to make my physical and emotional health a priority. And having a good mental/emotional mindset and attitude centers me to keep on my physical health journey.
For the specifics of mental health - I've been getting in meditation at least 5 days/week (meditation is hard for me - I have total monkey brain!) and practicing good sleep hygiene (going to bed by 10:30, often even by 9:30 and getting up between 7 and 8.5 hours later). And for both physical health and mental health - between 190 and 230 IFM per week via various dance routines. Also, staying connected with friends, living with purpose and drawing on the support of my amazing Azurita sisters!
Continuing on in terms of physical health - in terms of my workouts, two days per week I incorporate full body strength training as part of the cardio dance routines and one day per week I do some yoga - I'm somewhat limited in this due to joint issues from psoriatic arthritis.
I have also been having between 8 - 10 cups of water or herbal tea each day, staying in my "blue dot" range for WW and tracking every BLT. I also eat mostly a plant-based diet with usually more than 9 servings of freggies/day. I focus on anti-inflammatory foods and have cut out 95% of the sugar I used to indulge in. (I tend to have a 1/2 square of dark chocolate each evening as dessert).
Needless to say, I have those days when I'm not following things as I should. I have the occasional emotional eating outbreak or there's a celebration, but in general, I'm doing well.
