BLC - why I started

In the past I was able to reach my goals through Sparkpeople & the BLC challenges. I found that challenges in a group environment motivated me to follow through. I would actually DO the nutrition and exercise challenges when earning points for a team. Funny, huh? Not sure why, but it made it fun & before I knew it exercise & regularly drinking my water & eating healthy became more of a regular habit.
Life happens, & while I still eat 95% whole food, plant based... I have not been exercising regularly or drinking water. Shoot, weeks could go by without picking up one glass of water.
Anyway, I am back now & hoping to get back into the healthier swing of things & shed a few pounds in the process.
