This week I actually gained a pound, but I have been really slimming down. My chest has disappeared now and my stomach is really slimming down and so are my arms and thighs. I have been super hungry lately, though, and especially sore and tired.
Eating High Quality Foods: Eating very high quality foods. A lot of veggies and fruit lately and lean meats. Getting a lot of protein in and whole grains and plenty of water. Just been eating really well.
Accurately Measure & Track Food: Eating well but not measuring or tracking, so need to get back on track with that and see where I'm at calorie wise.
Drink at least 64 ounces of water: Drinking a lot of coffee, but drinking a lot of water, too. Need to get back on track with tracking and I'll really excel, I think.
Non-Scale Victory: My biggest nonscale victory lately is really seeing progress with slimming down.
Fitness: Not been feeling well so I've been resting. Planning to do some more challenging 30-minute chair exercises today.
Sleep: it's been so difficult for me to relax and fall asleep that I've been considering taking sleeping medicine. Going to have to start meditating before I go to sleep again.
Quit Progress: Smoking too much and need to cut back. Need to start meditating and deep breathing and burning incense and practicing more stress relief techniques.
General Health: Health is really good even though I haven't been feeling good it means I've been healing. I've been really sick to my stomach lately but it's been my body getting rid of toxins.
Weight Loss Progress/Swelling/Bloat: Weight is up but I've been pretty free of bloat. Have some swelling but swelling is definitely going down.
Meditation: getting back to meditation is key right now.
