January Goal Check in

Here are the goals I set at the beginning of the month:
Lose 10 pounds
Drink more water
Continue low carb
Exercise at least 40 minutes a day with one rest day a week
Sleep 7-8 hours a night
Here's how I'm doing:
Down 5 pounds
Some days are better than others with water - still need to get better at drinking more everyday
Mostly eating low carb but snacking too much
I'm crushing my exercise goals! So far I've done 50 workouts this month, a combo of spinning, strength training, and yoga. I've done at least 40 minutes every day except for my 1 rest day a week.
According to my Apple Watch, my average time asleep is 7 hours 19 minutes so hitting my goal there, too!
I feel like I'm at about 75%. This week I'm going to focus on having less late night snacks.
