Happy New Year - 2021 Goals

It's been a crazy 2020. Glad to see 2020 go!
Onward to a healthier 2021!
My goals for 2021 --
In the spirit of keeping things simple, I will keep improving on the goals I have had the last few years -
Grow in my faith walk by reading & studying scripture for 20 minutes first thing daily.
Maintain my weight between 139-144 pounds by eating 100 fewer calories than I burn daily. I’m starting the year at 145 lbs.
Get 7.5+ hours of sleep nightly by getting to bed by 10:00pm.
Just kidding. Let's not be like Maxine. I read an article that said to make no more than 3 resolutions - I like to call them goals.
I think this is the best goal - to love ourselves more, so that we can love others more. Wishing you all a happy, healthy New Year! Let's do this!
