Do You Share Your Food in SP?

Had a busy day tidying up the back porch, getting the trash ready for pickup tomorrow, did some walking, cooked, and cleaned the stove top...by the end of the day I had sciatica on the left leg.

I'm not doing the greatest job reducing the carbs.It seems i try to choose healthy foods but they're high, even fresh fruit, red beets, brown rice. Can someone sho shares their food in SP, give me a hint as to what they eat for a day? Maybe I can learn better by seeing what others eat.

    I share my food tracker but I am carb heavy. I try to stay within the SP ranges set for me. My protein is always too low. I agree with Ellie that eggs are good for low carb, but I limit mine since I have high cholesterol.

    I don't think I share my food, but if you like eggs they're a great way to do low carb meals! You can do make-ahead mini crustless quiches for easy meals. I have an omelet with feta, spinach, and cauliflower most days for lunch!
