Change is Coming!

Yesterday I honestly forgot to do a blog and my food tracker. But, today I added all the food I ate yesterday, today and I even did tomorrow's.

My carbs have not gotten better. I didn't realize that the things I eat were so high in carbs. It's pretty difficult to change my lunches - we usually have a turkey sandwich on lo-cal wheat bread a vegetable and a fruit...sometimes tortilla chips. Dinners are most always 2 oz of either chicken or beef, a starch and vegetable, sometimes a small salad with balsamic dressing. I guess I have to change a lot of things. Change change change

I did my wall pushups and walked around Boscov's with my husband.

My brain is on the right track I think....now I have to get it all together.
