Goals for a new year

Every body seems to start or restart their 'diet' exercise program on January 1.
I'm just at my goal weight and to maintain this my daily diet should be between 1150 and 1250 calories; 110 and 120 carbs per day.
I will continue my daily fun dance exercises with my YouTube sessions. So much better than boring repetitive exercise like squats and crunches..
