Week 3 No Fast Food November

I am doing really well with my No Fast Food November. We have had dinner out once or twice, but they were local places and there has not been a drive through involved in any of my meals all month. Breaking the fast food habit is the most important thing that I can do right now. That was my goal for this month.

I met my goals this week and get to increase them just a bit.
